My first step was surprisingly quick and informal in format.

They gave me three topics and asked me to write on any one of them. They then selected me for the technical round based on what I produced.

In the technical interview, the questions were fairly standard and centered around my projects, along with basic programming knowledge and OOPS concepts. After that, I went into an HR conversation that directly covered salary discussion. The overall pace felt brisk, and the sequence made it clear they were using a writing sample as a fast filter before moving into a more fundamentals-based technical check and then compensation fit.
