BengaluruPosted Jul 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a moderate-length process that started with an open-ended coding round, mixing puzzles and a vague but higher-level technical discussion.

Coding round — random coding questions ranging from easy to very challenging, with solutions reportedly not being thoroughly validated beyond a few test cases.
Interview discussion — some aptitude-style puzzles and then a broader technology conversation that stayed vague and tended to be higher level. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was that you needed both coding flexibility and the ability to reason through ambiguous higher-level tech topics.
