My process for the software engineering role started with Hackerrank and then became inconsistent and delayed, with rounds that didn’t clearly materialize.

Online coding round (Hackerrank) — a medium-level coding test, after which I was told a Skype round would follow.
Skype round — I completed the scheduled interview and then was informed there would be another round with a different team.
Additional technical round (missed/never happened) — after the team round, they indicated one more technical round would occur, but it never truly happened. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the overall experience felt disorganized, with candidates not seeing a consistent, well-run sequence.
