I applied for a Software Engineer role and completed the coding challenge successfully, but I got stuck waiting and never reached interviews.

Online coding challenge — I submitted solutions on HackerRank and confirmed they executed successfully.
Waiting / no interview call — I contacted the company and was told the process was on hold.
No further movement — In another attempt, I received messages saying the interview call would come shortly, but it never did. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that passing the coding challenge didn’t guarantee timely interview scheduling.
