I interviewed for Software Engineer and felt the environment varied—one version was comfortable, while another was more difficult and required on-paper coding.

Technical interview — I was evaluated on technical knowledge and problem-solving; one experience described a friendly panel that reduced nervousness.
Coding-on-paper style technical questions — In a harder variant, the interviewer asked technical questions where I had to write code on paper during the 1-hour session. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer; the takeaway is that preparation for both communication-friendly and strict, write-code-on-paper formats matters.
