I interviewed for Software Engineer with an easier, structured hiring pattern that started with aptitude and progressed to technical and HR.

Aptitude / MCQ round — I took a preliminary aptitude/MCQ-style technical screen.
Technical interview — Questions were beginner-friendly and included computer network basics.
HR round — A final HR conversation. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer, but the takeaway was that the early screening leaned approachable and focused on fundamentals; one variant also mentioned training followed by internship before permanence.
