PunePosted Feb 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly structured multi-round process for a software engineering role that started with a timed HackerRank coding test and then shifted to lighter technical chats.

Online coding test (Hackerrank) — about 3 hours of coding-style questions where my code needed to pass all test cases for full marks; it was the hardest part.
Technical/experience interviews (Skype/telephonic) — one or more calls focused on my overall software development experience and how it mapped to the role. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the process felt mostly gated by the initial all-test-cases HackerRank round.
