I interviewed for the Software Engineer role at EdgeVerve with an easier, supportive tone and a quick progression from recruiter to technical.

Recruiter screen — I discussed my background and experience, and the recruiter explained team culture and values.
Technical interview (Round 1) — I received a coding challenge tied to optimizing an algorithm and was encouraged to talk through my thinking.
Technical interview (Round 2) — The next round emphasized system design and architecture, with a design prompt around building something, discussed at a high level. Outcome: I didn’t move forward to an offer, but the interviewers were collaborative and process-oriented.
