This was one of the worst interview experiences I had.

The interviewer didn’t take the meeting seriously, and it felt like they weren’t focused on conducting a real technical evaluation. The session itself was chaotic in terms of roles: it was hard to even identify which questions were truly technical, since the HR asked technical items, technical people asked managerial-style questions, and then a manager asked HR-type questions.

On top of that, the tone felt unproductive and time-consuming. They also seemed extremely rigid about salary expectations, and the overall process was unusually long—around 150+ interviews for a single position.
