PunePosted Nov 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two technical interviews and answered both with what I felt were strong responses.

Even with that, I didn’t hear anything back from HR afterward.

The most memorable part was the lack of communication. HR effectively ghosted me—I reached out by calls and emails, but there was no meaningful reply. It left the whole process feeling unfair because the technical steps had been completed, yet the final stage never actually took place.

I didn’t get an offer. The experience made me feel like the decision had already been made, but the company didn’t show basic decency in communicating it.
