eClerx Software Engineer interview experience

I went through the test process and everything went well from my side, then I heard nothing back. I wasn’t contacted by email or phone, and there was no response even after I expected an update.

Eventually I got a call from HR about a job opening, but it didn’t match the earlier silence. Still, the key feeling at the end was that I was effectively ghosted after the test, with no courtesy follow-up.

I didn’t receive an offer. The most frustrating part was how long the quiet stretch lasted and how there was no communication to tie up what happened after the assessment.
