I interviewed as a fresher, and that requirement shaped everything.

They needed immediate joining and weren’t open to notice period constraints, which created a sense of urgency right from the start.

My overall experience included three to four rounds, and the difficulty was marked difficult. I felt like the process was thorough, but with those timing constraints, it wasn’t just about the interviews—it was also about availability and readiness. I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest takeaway was how much the start-date requirement mattered alongside performance.
