The interview itself started off well: I spoke with multiple people, both in person and virtually, over the course of that morning.

The conversations felt constructive and I left feeling like I understood where I stood.

But after that on-site, the follow-through never came. I was left without any concrete response, feedback, or updates even after I reached out multiple times.

Difficulty-wise it had felt average while I was actively interviewing, but the overall experience ended up being disappointing because the process went quiet after I finished the day. I still think the early parts went well, yet the lack of closure was the part that stuck with me.
