Recruiter outreach kicked things off with a short intro call—about 15 minutes.

After that, I had a take-home sales assessment, and then I went into a final conversation with a sales manager. Overall it felt pretty structured and paced, not chaotic.

The behavioral part stood out because it was delivered in a steady, interview-style block—around an hour of back-to-back behavioral questions. I remember feeling like the recruiter call and the manager interview were mostly about clarity and fit, while the assessment was the heavier lift. I did end up with an offer, and the whole process felt like it followed a predictable rhythm from start to finish.
