I had an easygoing interview process where I didn’t get far enough for it to turn into a full loop, but the organizers made everything feel smooth.

I interviewed in a panel format with four different people, and the session ran a little over three hours, which was longer than I expected for something that initially sounded lightweight.

The discussion stayed practical and manageable, and I appreciated how helpful everyone was in keeping things moving. I didn’t progress to the next stages, and my main reflection was that the day felt long mostly because it was a panel of multiple voices—not because the questions were unusually aggressive.
