E2open Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

New York, NYPosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview started oddly—I didn’t even get an introduction or a prompt to talk about myself or my project.

The interviewer simply jumped straight into one question pulled from an online resource.

They barely let the question finish before interrupting, saying they were done, and they ended the interview within about ten minutes. It felt like they tried to judge me without hearing anything from me, and that made the whole experience feel unfair and reflective of an HR-side mismatch.

Because the conversation was that short and not representative of my background, I wasn’t selected. I left feeling like the process didn’t respect the basic idea of evaluation.
