E2open Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Negative

BengaluruPosted Feb 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

For me, the interview sequence was extremely straightforward.

I started with a written test, then went through two to three rounds of technical interviews. The whole experience was casual and easy enough that it felt like almost anyone could clear it.

Even with the light technical bar, I didn’t like the HR side of the process. The HR interaction felt unprofessional, and the impression I got was that management was deteriorating and mostly focused on money.

I walked out without an offer, and that mismatch between easy interviews and poor HR interactions made the experience feel like a bad fit overall.
