E2open Systems Engineer interview experience

The first step was a test that mixed core topics like Java, JavaScript, RDBMS, and Linux, plus a couple of coding questions that were multiple-choice.

After that, I moved into a fully technical round centered on Linux, SQL, and my projects. The focus was less on broad discussion and more on getting specifics out of what I’d built and how I thought through it. I finished with an HR conversation that mostly pulled from my resume, along with the usual HR-style questions.

Overall it felt like a serious path for someone joining as a fresher, but I didn’t end up getting an offer.
