HR reached out to me for a written test first.

I wrote it, qualified, and then proceeded to the next two rounds—technical and HR—which both went pretty well.

Still, they disqualified me at that stage with what I felt was an invalid reason. When I questioned it, the HR person said they would connect me with the engineering team, but nothing ever followed. The experience felt unprofessional because they initiated the interview despite my background as a Masters candidate, then closed the door without a real explanation.

Even though the rounds themselves went okay, I didn’t end up selected, and the lack of closure left me frustrated.
