Dynetics Software Engineer interview experience

After scheduling, I went through an interview focused on Agile and some basic design principles. Most of the discussion stayed at that higher level rather than diving deep into coding or specific implementations.

What stood out to me was that the questions seemed more interested in how I thought and how I’d approach learning than in whether I already had every detail memorized. I ended up feeling like they were giving me a chance to demonstrate I had solid fundamentals and the right mindset for the role, even though the technical portion didn’t go very far.
