Dynatrace Account Executive interview experience

HR sent me emails inviting me to interview and asked me to provide time slots that worked for me within a couple of days. I responded quickly with options.

After that, the silence hit. I waited a day, followed up, and told them that if my proposed times didn’t work I’d be flexible to find something on their schedule. Still nothing, and it stretched out to a full week without any response.

I ended up not getting an offer because the process essentially stopped. The feeling I had was blunt: the way I was handled after I responded made it feel like getting ghosted was part of how they operated.
