My process felt fairly organized even though it stretched longer than I expected.

It started with a phone screen with HR, then I had another phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager as well.

It took about three months in total, and the delay wasn’t because of the interviews themselves—it was driven by timing around holidays and year-end time off. I remember it just being slower at the scheduling level.

I didn’t receive an offer. Looking back, the main thing I took from it was how much external timing can affect the experience—everything was professional, but the timeline lingered.
