After talking to a recruiter by phone, I went into a more structured sequence.

The first interview was a straightforward conversation about myself, and then I moved to an assessment round. I was given a test that involved working in Excel with logic tasks for about an hour.

Next came a verbal interview focused on English skills. The overall vibe felt pleasant and fairly clean—nothing felt hostile or overly tricky, and the questions were more about fit and communication than trying to catch me out. Even though it was a couple of steps, it still felt like a reasonable flow rather than a drawn-out process.
