Center Valley, PAPosted Mar 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter reached out to gauge my interest in a role, and it took several days just to get the first handoff to another recruiter.

After that, I scheduled a phone interview with the hiring managers, and they told me they would contact me again to set up an in-person interview.

Weeks went by with no call. I emailed and was told a decision would be made in the next few days and that I was a top candidate and would be brought in face-to-face. I held on to that, but more weeks passed and nothing happened.

The overall feeling was that the interview process was shady and not very professional. I never ended up getting an offer, and honestly the repeated silence made it hard to take the pipeline seriously.
