After a recruiter touchpoint, I ended up in a structured panel-style interview that felt friendly and pretty smooth.

The format was essentially behavioral-first, with the panel rotating through questions and expecting STAR-style answers. I was on a virtual call with a small panel (about two to three people), and the tone stayed supportive. They had a clear process and seemed to be scoring how well I followed the situation, task, action, and result
