The process took a lot of time overall, and I remember feeling like HR could have been more efficient.

The experience wasn’t described as overly difficult, but the pace dragged out and the communication style left something to be desired.

Even though the interview content itself was just “okay,” what lingered was HR’s tone and the way conversations came across. I didn’t end up with an offer, and my reflection was mostly about the experience management—when communication is slow or comes off poorly, it colors how the whole process feels.
