Tampa, FLPosted Feb 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with an on-site visit that included two Skype interviews back-to-back: one with an HR representative and one with a technical director.

After those conversations, I took a written test that lasted about 45 minutes. The questions were math problems tied to a stack-type instruction architecture, which was pretty technical compared to what I expected from a typical early-stage screen.

Even though the overall difficulty was described as easy, the written portion definitely required focus. I left the interview without a job offer, but it did feel like the company was trying to measure both communication and technical grounding rather than going only by standard behavioral questions.
