Tampa, FLPosted Feb 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a behavioral interview, and after that I was invited to the Tampa site for an onsite interview with a VP.

The onsite portion didn’t come with hard questions. It was more about fit—she seemed focused on whether I would match the environment and dynamics.

I felt it was relatively low-pressure in terms of technical intensity, but still purposeful. I ultimately didn’t take the opportunity because I couldn’t commit full-time during the summer. Since there was no offer made that I accepted, the process ended there, and the biggest thing I carried away was that the company’s emphasis here was more about cultural fit than grilling for right-or-wrong answers.
