Boston, MAPosted Dec 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

A recruiter reached out and I started with a phone interview that focused mostly on my past coursework and what I planned to take next semester.

A couple of weeks later, I received an apology email because they had been slow to respond, followed by a promise they’d get back to me quickly.

About a week after that, I was asked to come in for an onsite interview. The process moved slowly but steadily afterward; a week after the onsite, they got back to me with an offer.

That timing and the eventual turnaround left me feeling like the team was interested once they got moving. Even so, the earlier delay and the apology email were a reminder that the pace of communication wasn’t always smooth.
