Philadelphia, MOPosted Oct 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I applied for the on-campus process, I got invited a few days later to an online quantitative challenge that focused mostly on statistics.

A short time after that, I moved into a first round interview that lasted about 45 minutes. That round centered on mental puzzles and quantitative challenges, and it felt more like testing how I’d think under pressure than trying to pull obscure knowledge out of me.

I didn’t get called back for a final second round. Even though the first interview felt fairly direct in what it was assessing, the lack of a follow-up made the process end there for me. It left me feeling like I was close to something, but ultimately not enough matched what they wanted.
