My interview journey leaned heavily on short technical prompts and online testing, with about a week-long turnaround at one point.

Online test — I completed an online test (Codility-style) with three questions to answer within about 2.5 hours.
Onsite: short tech + language/design-pattern questions — I later had a 1-hour interview that covered quick questions about programming languages and design patterns. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; one experience also included delayed/ungood communication, which reduced my confidence in the process.
