I had an early coding-test-only stage where the main work happened on a scheduled platform; if I didn’t fully pass, I either heard back much later or not at all.

Coding test (Codility / timed platform) — I completed multiple medium-to-hard problems (around 180 minutes) in allowed languages like Java/C++.
Result / follow-up — in one case the submission was followed by no response; in another, I received a rejection email after about a week. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that full test-case coverage in the timed environment was crucial.
