I interviewed for the Software Engineer role with a quick online testing step and then a short Teams interview, but the process ended on compensation fit.

Online tests — I completed three timed online tests (about 45 questions each, ~50 minutes) covering logic/comprehension and networking.
Interview (Teams) — after the tests, I joined a Teams call where my role was explained briefly and I answered some typical interview questions.
Decision — later I was told HR wanted to proceed, but my requested salary was too high relative to my current baseline. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that even strong test performance can be outweighed by salary expectations.
