I went through an early-stage sequence that started with Codility and—if I passed—would have moved into phone/team discussions, but I didn’t make it far.

Online assessment (Codility) — I completed a timed multi-question test (about three questions within ~150 minutes in one case) after being directed by the recruiting channel.
Phone screen — I then had a call to discuss my background and do typical interview-style questions.
Take-home / follow-up — in one pathway I received a take-home coding challenge after additional conversations. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the takeaway was that the early timed coding screening was the biggest gatekeeper.
