ItalyPosted Nov 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed with one of the head traders working on power markets, and it was genuinely pleasant.

The conversation focused on my work and what they were looking for, and it quickly turned into a discussion about what I thought I could add to the team.

It didn’t feel like a typical grilling. The difficulty felt very easy, and the tone stayed positive from beginning to end. Still, I didn’t receive an offer, and I was left thinking that even warm conversations don’t always translate into a hire when you get to the final decision.
