Druva Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

IndiaPosted Oct 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process began with a recruiter call that felt completely out of the blue, and it set the tone for how the rest of the interactions went.

During the interviews, the experience felt disrespectful and adversarial—there was even a moment where an interviewer was yawning while I was answering.

The questions and pressure felt like the interviewers wanted to demonstrate that they “knew everything,” rather than have a constructive conversation. I didn’t feel like my responses were treated with much consideration, and I ended up rejected. Overall, it left me with a strong negative impression about how seriously they seemed to take candidates.
