I applied through Indeed and ended up in a big group interview with 17 other people.

Once we got going, the structure felt very deliberate: they asked a total of three questions, then I introduced myself to the group. After that, there was an individual task, followed by two more tasks that were done as part of the group.

The whole thing ran for about two hours. Even though it was interactive and had multiple steps, it still felt manageable because the format was clear and I could see what was coming next. Overall, the experience leaned more “organized exercise” than anything confrontational, but it was definitely more time and effort than a simple conversation.
