I had a straightforward process.

I did one interview with the store floor manager where we discussed the position and the company, and if it went well, the rest was paperwork handled by email.

The overall timeline was about four to five days from start to finish. It felt efficient, and the interview itself was more about alignment than trying to overcomplicate things.

I ended up being offered the role. The thing that stayed with me was how quickly it moved once the in-person conversation was done, and how the final steps felt purely administrative.
