My interview process started with an online group round where there were six of us and one interviewer.

We went around and introduced ourselves one by one, which set the tone right away—more about getting to know each other than firing off formal questions.

After introductions, the activity shifted into something more sales- and brand-oriented: I had to pitch and try to “sell” my favorite Dr. Martens shoes. There was also a teamwork component where we worked together on a group task. The format was interactive and a bit lively, and it felt like they were judging how I contributed in a group rather than how polished I could sound in a one-on-one conversation.
