Dr. Martens Account Executive interview experience

I sat with the store manager at a coffee spot inside the mall, and we talked for about an hour. The conversation didn’t feel like an interrogation—it felt more like a genuine discussion.

I ended up learning a lot about company policy and what they were looking for, because we spent real time on the details rather than rushing through vague talking points. The atmosphere stayed relaxed the whole way, and I walked out feeling like I’d actually gotten a clearer picture of the job and the standards behind it.
