My group interview moved really fast.

They asked questions and everyone answered individually, so I got to speak without it becoming a chaotic free-for-all.

The questions weren’t traditional in the usual sense—they were centered on creativity and individuality, with some prompts around availability mixed in. Even though it was group-based, it still felt straightforward because the format made it easy to follow what was being asked.

It was an easy overall experience and I left with a confident impression of the role. I received an offer, and the speed and creative focus were the things that made it stand out.
