The process felt smooth and fairly simple.

I started with questions about my work experience, and then I took an Excel skills test.

There was also a business case involved that the manager prepared, and the whole thing was designed to check more than just general knowledge. I remember waiting afterward while the results came back.

A couple of days later, I received the results along with an offer, and there was still a third stage of interview involved afterward. The fast turnaround made me feel like they were moving decisively once they had my test and answers.
