I had an interview experience that felt very natural and conversation-like, with learning about me and my motivation taking center stage.

Career-fair connection + quick scheduling — I met a DPR representative at a career fair and was invited to interview soon after, including a Teams option.
Phone interview with HR — I spoke with HR and used that time to understand the role before meeting the hiring manager.
Multiple employee conversations — I talked with current employees, often in a way that felt friendly and personal rather than scripted.
Standard “why DPR” and experience questions — Across rounds, I answered questions about why I wanted the company and what experience I had. Outcome: I didn’t
