I went through a fairly multi-step interview sequence.

It started with a phone interview where the person doing the call asked why I was interested in the company, then moved into set questions about my previous experience.

After that, I had a face-to-face discussion with the line manager for more structured questions. The later face-to-face stage included conversations with a plant manager and an HR manager, and those felt more conversational while still being fairly detailed.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process itself felt coherent and progressively deeper. The final stages especially reminded me of a more human, back-and-forth
