Colonial Heights, VAPosted Nov 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had two interviews arranged around my college campus and later at the HillPhoenix site.

At the site, I met two different people and also got a plant tour, so it wasn’t just sit-down questioning—it felt like they were showing the environment.

The interviews themselves were pretty simple and focused largely on STAR-style questions. My main complaint was that even after everything was done, they never formally told me the result. I just never heard back, with no clear rejection and no update.

Difficulty-wise it didn’t feel extreme, but the uncertainty afterward was what stayed with me. I walked away feeling like I’d completed the process, yet there was no closure at all.
