My first step was a written exam with 30 objective questions.

It was split into three areas: cloud, C#, and IoT—10 questions each.

If I cleared that written test, the plan was to move into a group discussion. After that, there would have been a personal interview and then an HR round, but I didn’t clear the personal interview step, so the HR portion didn’t happen.

It was a fairly structured pipeline, and the difficulty felt tied to the exam and then the subsequent personal interview hurdle. I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest takeaway was that once I missed the personal interview threshold, the process basically stopped.
