I started with a recruiter phone call, and it went well.

I felt like the conversation was smooth and that my background matched what they were looking for.

After that, the process stalled completely. I was left waiting for over a month with no updates, and it felt like I’d been forgotten. I followed up, and eventually I received an auto-generated rejection email with no real explanation.

Overall it was disappointing mainly because of the silence—everything after the initial recruiter screen felt unresponsive, and even though the first step seemed positive, the wrap-up never matched that early momentum.
