The thing that stood out most for me was how fast everything moved.

There wasn’t a lot of time for introductions or much warm-up. The SQL portion felt fairly fair and focused on windows functions and joins, which matched what I expected to see.

The second part was a situational question, but it felt pretty vague. I had to lean on how I’d reason through an ambiguous prompt rather than relying on a clear, well-scoped dataset or a tightly defined requirement.

I didn’t receive an offer. Overall it felt like a short, intense evaluation where the lack of context in the situational prompt made it harder to know whether I was hitting the exact intent they wanted.
