My first step was a HackerRank assessment on Zoom.

The coding portion was LeetCode-medium, tagged around breadth-first search.

Along with the technical work, it included behavioral questions about my current experience, and I also got an opportunity to ask about the interviewer’s experience. The whole experience mixed coding with conversation, so it wasn’t only about solving—it was also about how I spoke through my experience.

I didn’t receive an offer. The BFS focus was the biggest technical detail that stayed with me, and the behavioral component made the session feel more like an engineering dialogue than a pure coding test.
