The interview process felt pretty casual to me, with scenario-based questions rather than anything overly formal.

The questions seemed manageable, and it was clear there wasn’t one single “correct” answer—more like they were trying to see how I thought and how I would respond in different situations.

Because it was designed that way, I didn’t feel trapped by the need to guess what they wanted to hear. I remember thinking the whole thing was straightforward, and that doing some research into the kinds of scenario questions people had seen before would help. I didn’t receive an offer, but I still felt the interview format itself was easy to engage with and not overly stressful.
